To improve the lighting of my videos, I decided to build a video light. For the mounting options, I decided to go with the GoPro connection system to keep it versatile. I can mount it on my camera and at any place where a GoPro could be mounted.
I had a few parts laying around that I could use for this lamp and I created the design around it. The main components are the battery, which I removed from a cordless drill and some LED strips. These strips are very inexpensive and easy to work with.
